Happy New Year, JuJu! Just a note to wish you well in the new year and to add hopes that you’re recovering and finding life easier daily.
I have read SDP for years and still come here from time to time for along lost post that was particularly helpful. As a post-bariatric patient (now 15 months out) I’m dealing with a lot of “head stuff” rather than body stuff. As always, the answers are here. Thank you for leaving this up for those like me to peruse and reap benefits that you have so kindly laid out before us.
I miss your writing here are SDP but follow you at New Communitas which is wonderful. Now all I need to do is learn to knit.
